Shortages / Shipping Errors
Shortages or shipping errors must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment

RETURNS

Request for returns must be made within 30 days of Invoice Date. Merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA#) obtained from Customer Service.
In order to ensure proper credit and to avoid delay the RA# must be clearly marked on the return shipment. All returns must be received within 30 days of RA# issue date.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return merchandise except defective goods and shipping errors.
All unshipped orders or Will Call orders that have been processed, but not delivered or picked up within a 72 hour window, will also be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

MINIMUM ORDERS / HANDLING CHARGES

Orders totaling less than $50.00 will be charged a $10.00 handling charge. Sample orders are exempt from this fee.

SAMPLES

Orders identified as sample orders will be billed as a regular priced order.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

9:00am – 5:30pm SCT Monday through Friday except for national holidays.

TERMS

Standard terms are Net 30 with approved credit. Special dating available on future booking orders only. Past due invoices are subject to late fees.

CREDIT CARDS

Pre-paid money wire and deposits will be accepted. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover(3% surcharge for credit card payments)

Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers will be charged prices in effect at the time merchandise is ordered.

DELIVERY

All shipments will be shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping available upon request. Excess shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Freight options are subject to change without prior notice.

DECORATED ORDERS

All custom orders must be faxed or e-mailed with detailed instructions. Numbering/Custom orders will not be taken over the phone. Garments that have been numbered or decorated cannot be canceled or returned

COLOR MATCHING

Because of the variability of the dyeing process, we can not guarantee perfect continuity of shade across all styles or from one order to the next.
Ballin’ Sportswear can not be held responsible for ink migration on polyester styles that can be attributed to poor ink quality or processing at temperatures exceeding those recommended by the ink manufacturer.
