SHIPPING
We do our best to process orders as soon as possible. However, it might take about 1-3 business days for us to process and ship in-stock items. Please be advised and place your order in a timely manner.
Shipping costs are determined by dimension, weight and shipping destination.
Shipping costs will be updated when the order is ready to ship.
Shipping cost estimates provided at checkout are base estimates only, and will be updated with correct shipping cost when your order is ready to be sent out to you. All shipments are sent through UPS.
A courtesy call or email will be made for orders that have selected NEXT DAY, 2 DAY, and 3 DAY SHIPPING for price quote and approval.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Order products can be added to your cart just like any other item. When you’re done shopping, head to checkout.
You will be asked for your payment information.
When you’re done, your item will be reserved right away. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement.
This reserves your entire order and ensures you are in the priority lane to get your items as soon as they arrive.
So you aren’t charged more than once for shipping, your order won’t ship until all items in your order are available.
This means if your order combines in-stock and Pre-Order items, we’ll hold off on shipping your order until the Pre-Order items become available.
That way, we can send your entire order together. There are occasions we will split your orders for you.
If you need the in-stock items in your order right away, we’d recommend ordering any Pre-Order items separately.
RETURN POLICY
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
YES! We stand behind the quality of every garment we offer. If there was a problem with your order, we’ll fix it!
Please contact Customer Service 713-817-9001 for a return authorization.
If there was no issue with your shipment we hope you understand that we need to charge a 15% restocking fee to help pay the team members that have to put your product back in stock.
SHORTAGES / SHIPPING ERRORS
Shortages or shipping errors must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment.
RETURNS
Request for returns must be made within 60 days of Invoice Date. Merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA#) obtained from Customer Service.
In order to ensure proper credit and to avoid delay the RA# must be clearly marked on the return shipment.
All returns must be received within 30 days of RA# issue date.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return merchandise except defective goods and shipping errors.
All unshipped orders or Will Call orders that have been processed, but not delivered or picked up within a 72 hour window, will also be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
